Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Andrew attended law school at the University of Oregon, then served as a law clerk to Judge Joel S. DeVore of the Oregon Court of Appeals.  After a decade working as a civil litigator in the Portland metro area, most recently as a Senior Assistant County Counsel with Clackamas County, he is thrilled to once again call Southern Oregon home.  Andrew leverages his experience as a litigator to find practical, cost-effective solutions to his clients’ legal problems. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, cycling, and exploring the Rogue Valley.
